Remembering Rob Milani With heavy hearts, we remember our long-time colleague and friend, Rob Milani.
Rob was the backbone of our team. A lifelong athlete and proud URI football alum, he brought leadership and competitive spirit into his work at Perform Better. He showed up with passion, creativity, and integrity every day, whether developing new products, going above and beyond for customers, or supporting coworkers. Rob was quick to jump in, take the lead, and figure things out. With his big laugh, bigger stories, and natural way with people, he made everyone feel like they belonged. At the heart of it all was his family, and he spoke of them with unmistakable love and pride. We are grateful for the 25 years Rob dedicated to Perform Better, and we will miss him greatly. We know many of you will, too. His legacy of hard work, kindness, and genuine care will continue to inspire us. Our hearts are with his wife, Erin, and his brother, Don—both long-time members of our team—along with his three children and all of his family and loved ones. Rob will always be part of the Perform Better family, and we will continue to honor his memory.
