Racks come complete with weight storage unit, safety spot arms, bar holders, hook plates, knurled P-grip pull-up bar, band attachments, and a 6-peg weight storage system. Weight storage system can accommo- date both Olympic Plates and Bumper Plates. Safety locking pistol grips on safety spot arms and hook plates make for easy adjustments. Chrome-plated hook plates and chrome-plated band attachments are included. Each rack is 8'H and constructed of 9-gauge steel. All racks must be bolted to the floor. B Extreme Power Rack has the same great features as the Half Rack but also enables safe training with its self-spotting capability, allowing exercises to be done both inside and outside the rack. PB Extreme Adjustable Bench has a hydraulic piston assist that allows for quick and easy adjustments. The bench back and seat can each adjust to 5 different positions, and the frame is welded for strength and durability. Wheels and a handle allow it to be moved around easily.
